Cancel the pending transfer of a workspace

Withdraws the open ownership transfer invitation of a workspace, so its emailed link stops working.

This is Cancel invitation in the Transfer workspace dialog. The link in the email stops working at once, and the recipient is not told. Only the owner who sent the invitation can withdraw it.
It is refused with This workspace has no pending transfer invite! when there is no open invitation, including when it already expired or was accepted.
