Lock or unlock a bought domain for transfers
set_domain_transfer_lock
Turns the transfer lock of a domain the workspace bought on or off.
The lock keeps the domain from being moved to another registrar. Anyone holding its transfer code can move an unlocked domain, so the tool tells the client to confirm with you before unlocking, and to unlock only while you are moving the domain away. Unlocking is refused while the registrar keeps its own lock on the domain, until TransferLockExpires_At in get_bought_domain.
The answer is the domain as get_bought_domain reads it. Only the workspace owner can do this, and the domain must be active or expiring. The workspace can make 30 domain changes a minute, shared with the Domains page and covering DNS records, nameservers, the registrant, the transfer lock, auto-renew and transfer codes, and a refusal says how long to wait.
