Hides a single delivery record from a site's webhook delivery log.

The delivery stops appearing in list_webhook_deliveries and in the counts of get_webhook_delivery_stats. A record holds the request body Modulify sent, the response status code and any error, so reach for this when a stored request body carries something somebody does not want kept.
The row is flagged rather than erased and is removed for good 30 days after it is hidden, or at once when the webhook is deleted. It changes the record only, since the call itself already happened, but a delivery that was still being retried is not tried again. See Webhooks.
