Withdraws the open ownership transfer invitation of a workspace, so its emailed link stops working.

This is **Cancel invitation** in the **Transfer workspace** dialog. The link in the email stops working at once, and the recipient is not told. Only the owner who sent the invitation can withdraw it.

It is refused with `This workspace has no pending transfer invite!` when there is no open invitation, including when it already expired or was accepted.
