delete_site_webhook
Permanently deletes one webhook from a site, along with its delivery history and signing secret.
Scopeconfig:writeDestructive
It stops receiving calls immediately and there is no undo. Turning it off with toggle_site_webhook is the reversible option. See Webhooks.
