Gives a chat of a site a new title, for everyone in the workspace.

The title must be 1 to 80 characters, and anything else is refused with a 400 reading A chat title must be 1 to 80 characters! Every open chat can be renamed on every plan, including the one whose chatKey is main, the chat every site comes with. See Rename a chat.
A chat that is read-only on the current plan is refused with a 403 reading This chat is read-only on your current plan! A chat that does not exist, or was closed, answers 404 with That chat was not found!
