Read the pending transfer of a site
get_site_transfer
Reads the transfer invitation you sent for a site that is still waiting for its recipient.

It returns who the site goes to, when you sent the invitation and whether it is still open, the same invitation the Manage transfer dialog shows. It answers null when you have no open invitation for the site, and an invitation someone else in the workspace sent is not shown.
An invitation stays open for 7 days, until the recipient accepts it from the emailed link or their pending invitations, or until cancel_site_transfer withdraws it. The invitation link itself is never returned. See Transfer to another person.
