Cancel a pending domain verification
cancel_domain_verification
Abandons the domain a site is waiting to verify, deleting the pending domain and its verification token.
To try again later you have to start over with start_domain_verification and add a fresh TXT record. None of the site's custom domains is touched. It needs the Manage domains permission in the workspace. See A domain waiting on verification.
Request
Call it with a POST to https://api.modulify.ai/v1/cancel_domain_verification, sending the inputs below as a JSON object. The token needs the config:write scope.
This method is marked destructive: it deletes or overwrites data. Check the inputs before you call it, and send an Idempotency-Key header whenever you might retry it.
