# delete_deploy_hook

Permanently deletes one deploy hook and its whole call log.

Its URL stops starting builds immediately, so anything still calling it starts failing, and there is no undo, since a new hook gets a new URL. Turning it off with `toggle_deploy_hook` is the reversible option. The tool tells the client to confirm with you first. See [Deploy hooks](https://modulify.ai/docs/automations/deploy-hooks#delete).
